Orders & Payments

How can I place an order?

Select your desired pieces and complete your purchase through our secure checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations made after 24 hours or returns initiated within 7 days of delivery will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Do you offer trade or bulk order pricing?

Yes. Our M&B Pro Membership
is designed for interior designers, developers, and trade professionals. Apply through our website to receive exclusive pricing and dedicated service.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the continental United States, with special focus on our home state of Florida. All orders ship from Miami, and we offer localized delivery across all of Florida.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Local pickup is available from our Miami facility, Monday through
Saturday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Pickups must be scheduled in advance. To arrange your pickup, please email your requested date and order number to concierge@madisonandbrooks.com.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are made to order and delivery typically takes 8–10 weeks from the date of purchase.

Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes. White glove delivery includes in-room placement, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. You may select this service during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or made to spec items are final sale.

Are there restocking fees?

Yes. Orders canceled after 24 hours or returned within the 7 day return window are subject to a35% restocking fee.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damages or defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, along with photos and a description. We’ll work swiftly to make it right.

Product Details & Customization

Can I customize fabrics, finishes, or dimensions?

Yes. Many of our designs are customizable. Visit our Customization Studio to connect with our team and share your vision. We’ll review your request and confirm if it’s feasible.

Where are Madison & Brooks products made?
All of our pieces are expertly handcrafted in Turkey, blending timeless European influences with contemporary craftsmanship.
Do you offer swatches?
Yes. Complimentary fabric and finish swatches are available upon request to help you make confident decisions.

Promotions & Discounts

Do you offer discounts for first responders or military members?
We honor a 10% discount for U.S. veterans, active military, first responders, and educators. Send us a valid ID to receive your personal promo code.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?

Only one promotional code can be used per order. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Can I view your pieces in person?
Our Miami showroom is opening in December 2025. We can’t wait to welcome you into the world of Madison & Brooks. Stay tuned for updates and grand opening details.

Yes. Whether you’re furnishing a single room or curating a full home, our design team offers both virtual and in-person consultations. Reach out to begin your design journey with us.
How can I reach your customer service team?
For all inquiries, please email us at concierge@madisonandbrooks.com. Our concierge team is available Monday-Friday, 10am–6pm EST and dedicated to assisting with any needs.
